She Once Was

Location

SHE ONCE WAS AS BEAUTIFUL AS SHE COULD BE. HER BODY SMELLED AS SWEET AS A ROSE SPRINKLED WITH MIST FROM THE SEA. SHE WAS FAST BUT WELL PUT TOGETHER, SUNSHINE EVEN IN THE STORMIEST WEATHER. SHE WAS YOUNG AND WELL ON HER WAY, COULD HAVE TURNED THE HEAD OF ANY MAN IF IT MEANT SAVING THE DAY. NOTHING COULD STOP HER, NOT LOVE OR EVEN STRIFE. SHE WOULD KEEP ON OR EVEN FIND A NEW LIFE. BUT A CHILD WAS BORN AND LOVE WAS TRYING TO PUT HER IN HER PLACE. SO, SHE TURNED DOWN MOTHERHOOD AND LET LOVE GO TO WASTE. TWENTY YEARS PASSED AND THAT CHILD HAS A CHILD OF HIS OWN, TEACHING HIMSELF THE VALUES OF PARENTHOOD AND HOW TO BE GROWN. NOW, MOM’S A GRANDMOTHER AND STILL TRYING TO FIND THE RIGHT LOVER, NOT REALIZING THAT IF SHE GIVE UP MATERIAL THINGS AND TURN TO THE MAN ABOVE; HE’LL SEE THAT SHE RECEIVES A RIGHTIOUS LOVE. I TURNED TO HIM TAKING MY OWN ADVICE AND HE SENT ME ONE LOVE TWICE. NOT EVEN MOM CAN GIVE ME THAT, NO MATTER HOW RIGHT SHE WANTS TO BE. I COULDN’T LEARN FROM HER SO, SHE MIGHT AS WELL LEARN FROM ME.
