Ready
I will weep for you
as a willow kisses the ground
I will hold your hand
as I lift the weight of your shoulder
Hear my shallow breath
count to 10
leave your bags
your not coming with me this time.
lock the door and lose the key
seal all the widowns with shutters
im headed for the hills
im headed where the sea meets the sun
hear my heart racing
the children are laughing
the adults are crying and embrasing eachother
time to let go.
i might not come home.
im going on a train to fight for our banner.
100 women, men, and children
it's time to go.
War I am ready.
