Quiescent

I was Young and Wild

And I gave you my heart

Freely

We shared hearts for some time

Then you traded my heart for another

And another

And another

And another

The distance grew, and my heart only beated

For you

As you fucked on and on

I need someone new

I wish to forget you

Some don't have the Priveledge

Of moving on

And I'm never likely to meet

Someone like you ever again

Which both terrifies and excites

Me

To a desperate point of waiting for you

Or releasing my quiescent heart for

New inspiration

Yet I still love him

I love him
