Please

Please don't yell,
Please don't scream
Do you know that you're mean?
I tried to help,
You wouldn't see
What I was trying to be.
Go ahead and cuss,
Go ahead and scream
I won't be like you, I'll be like me.
Through my tears,
Trough my hate
Your pride is for his heart to take.
Please don't scream,
Please don't yell
I'm sorry, I swear I won't tell.
Crying is good,
Crying is bad
But it only happens when you're mad.
I'm sorry you see,
I really am
That only I see the monster, and not that man.
Please don't yell,
Please don't scream
Do you know that you're mean?
