If you are Over Eating because you are skinny enough you need to stop you are perfect the way you are. Dont ever listen  who make you change you have two choices the first coice is to annoy them and never change and be yourself no matter what they says. the second choice is listen to them and change who you are just because they don't your size, that doesn't means to change you.
