Optimism

Location

Yucaipa
United States

Outside I am smiling and having a ball

No one understand, I’m ready to fall

There are good days and bad days I can’t ignore

So please if you can, hold that door

Getting judged is a daily

And life seems to be so rainy

The optimistic me hopes for the better

But the inside seems to keep getting wetter

As I wish to overcome this cloud of sadness

I attempt to escape all of the madness

I laugh till I cry so I have an excuse

To get rid of the hurt, people led me too

Although life is rainy, it is also sunny

After every storm comes something quite funny

It’s more than just a setting

It’s the sun out there, telling and setting
