One Job Interview

I went to a job interview

They divided us up into two groups,

Asked us to write a list of traits

Traits a bad restuarant would have

Words poured out of us

"Bad service"

"Dirty place"

"Unhealthy food"

"High Prices"

I'd put everthing down, but grievous words filled an

Entire white board

The group with a restaurant anybody

Would have been lucky to go to,

They had 10 traits

10 fantastic, superb suggestions

For the best restaurant ever

I thought we had 'won'

I thought we would be praised

I never realized how easy, how easy it was

To list the bad

To list the unwanted

Sometimes we want, we want

The bad

Or sometimes we get to caught up in

The bad

The Big Bad world of

Dirtiness

Rudeness

Sadness

Bad Service from friends or family

When there is always a place out there

Maybe a restaurant

With 10 simple traits

Traits of The Good

And we just don't see it,

Because there seems like there

Isn't much of it around

But it's there

The Good

It's just more hidden,

Because it's harder to see

And people don't like to search

When it's easier to list The Bad

So search

Even if it's only 10 good things going on,

They're always there
