Once

Your beautiful smile,
Once meant heaven,
Now, it just gives me hell.

The smell of your Old Spice,
Once had helped me breathe,
Now, it just suffocates me.

When you were pressed against me,
It once had warmed my soul.
Now, just brushing against you,
Makes my bones freeze.

The taste of your tongue,
Once had taken the urge to drink poison.
Now, the remains of the taste,
Is a poison on its own.

Your soft, rough voice,
Once brought me reassurance,
That everything was okay.
Now, it makes my own voice break into tears.

My 11:11 wish,
Once was for you to be happy.
Now, it's that I,
And all of the senses that know you,
Can just forget you.
