The Little Boy You'll Never Know

All of his problems put him to ruins.

No one understands him, he hurts inside.

It's not his fault he cannot hide.

While you judge, you're creating toxins.

It's burning and bubbling like a sin.

I saw someone laughed and basically died.

Nobody should ever act so snide.

Not to a little boy: that's my kin.

Sickness is tearing him limb from limb.

But never giving up through the darkness.

I'll forever know my nephew you fail to see.

But through it all I'll always love him.

Always accepting him for who he is.

No matter if he's different or just like me.
