Life in a Letter
As I look up at the clear blue sky
I see your green eyes looking at me with a great demise
While your nose crinkles at the forgotten smell of freshly cut grass
With your smile wafting through like a breeze in a field on a summers day
While your lips speak the soft echo of a broken kiss
As your laugh rips through the shadows on that starry night, you see your fears come with great might
While your head tilts back to look at the once overlooked moon, you hear the howl of the wolf and sigh blissfully knowing that you have never forgotten, but remembered.
