Language of Her Own

Fri, 01/31/2014 - 22:15 -- Magshaw

With the desire to know she is heard,
speaking a language similar to your own.
It's the reactions she elicits that have assured,
as she goes misunderstood, and often feels alone.

Could it be how the words are delivered,
or is it the demeanor she portrays?
Could it be the truth that is triggered,
and the meaning she conveys?

Her words may cut like a knife,
and voices yelling she's in the wrong.
But she perseveres through the strife,
every insult and criticism only makes her strong.

Integrity is her name;
words executed with poise,
Truth as her Savior
will be heard--

through her voice!
