The furious sunflower grew
up and out from
the moronic cliff
in adversarial passion
despising the repression
to bloom in magnificent effulgence
against the odds of austerity.

Proof once again that
despite the circumstances
with which we are dealt
an indomitable insistence
and passionate persistence
always wins the day.
