If things were simple, would that make life uninteresting?

If I never cried, would I ever know what true happiness is?

If I never smiled, would you even notice?

If we never talked, would you even care?

If I disappeared, would you feel a twinge of sadness?

If I only smiled, would I miss the feeling of a teardrop upon my cheek?

If I never spoke, would the silence fill me with eternal peace?

If I simply vanished, would I go someplace else?

And would we one day meet again?
