I Can't Be Fixed

It’s not that
I don’t want you to see
But…that you shouldn’t
Have to see
It’s dark inside my mind
I’m a ticking time bomb
Ready to explode at any minute
If you stand too close
You’ll get hurt
I distance myself
On purpose
So you don’t fall victim
From the mess I’ve made
I don’t want you to become a casualty
By what I can’t control
I’ve found friends in Loneliness and
I’m sorry
I can’t be fixed.
