I am Enough

I am enough

But sometimes I don’t realize that

My imperfections define who I am

And often I may think that

My body isn’t perfect

And I have to realize that

I will never be perfect in the eyes of society

For I truly know that

Even when I try my hardest

I was taught that I have to love myself

But I can’t, because

I will never learn to love who I am

Even though I tell myself

I am Enough.
