How to Get High-Runners Edition

Location

All lined up almost ready to start,

after I stretch and pray, its time to part.

Still shaking from my nerves, I step up to the line.

Then comes a loud bang, that's my sign.

A fast start is always the best,

to try and get away from all the rest.

Second mile's alway the worst,

one mile to go and I'm dying of thrist.

Only takes a few steps to pass the other team,

takes up all my engery, or so it may seem,

but after a little motivation,

I cross the finish and I feel the exhaultation.

I have finished the race,

and received first place!
