Hopes a Journey

Will I fall, will I win, will I gain or will I lose

The darkness of my past, displays the light held in my eyes

Wrapping me in a cocoon, sealed so tight, pushing away from all light

Positivity, creativity and all bound down by captivity

Repeating in my heart just get a new view

new perspective, new life, a perseverance of hope

Something to cope with, something good to feel

I stand up to the world, unsure with the deal of life I have with society

Will I fall, will I win, will I gain or will I lose

By the grace of God to provide me with a way

Impossibility turns into the shadow leading my despair astray

what I've accomplished when taking a new step

Creating my new perspective of life

like a new moon finally breaking through the midnight darkness

lights, camera, action lets go

I finally don't have to be the star of the show

of the world, of the people, of the regulations of this world

but who I am inside to out

Will I fall, will I win, will I gain or will I lose

Trusting in myself is what I needed

I'm more then the image in the mirror, more then the terror of despair

I'm human, I'm wonderfully made, beautiful and saved by grace

My problems don't define me, but refine me into someone unique.
