The homsexual in english class

Location

Down the halls its hard enough

“Fag” “Gay” “Queer, that’s never enough

Into the locker my face gets stuck

A teacher walks by and gives me a shrug

Finally in class

In the middle I sit

I get hit and picked on

The teacher doesn’t say shit

I stand up

Try to be strong and brave

“Wont you tell them to stop?”

“Sit down and forget about it”

I come here to learn and be safe

But you teach bias opinions

And allow the harm to come my way

Stop your non-sense

Do something right for once

Actually care for once

I am just another student after all.
