Time rushes by as I sit here,
All around me the world is constantly expanding
Shifting and shrinking,
Lives are changing,
Milestones, Tragedies and Miracles are passing by
And here I sit,
Still,
Calm,
Eternal and endless in this moment of peace
Fingers to keyboard
Head in the clouds
Heart and soul in the words,
The stress of the past and future disappears
Replaced by the bliss of once again finding the courage to write,
