Frenemy

Location

You’re not my friend

You’re a frenemy

You used my shoes

                My towels

                My clothes

                My Dial

I thought you were true

You only hang around cause

                You were down and blue

When your sun started to shine

                You picked back up

Drifting off with the horizon

Never looking back to say

                “Thank You”

Hear you’re throwing shade to my name

I was the hand that helped you

Tell my business, well lies

Let me tell yours

                Figured you’d compromise

I’ll never forget the help I lended you

I’ll always watch out for you

                In my future

Betrayal is instilled, left a wound

                On my heart

A frenemy I’ll never have again

                Not over my dead body

                Not over my heart
