Fly Who Writes
Location
Sweet fly on the wall,
no one cares at all.
Waiting for your fall.
still no one to call.
Attack, attack they would say.
Ghastly figures to obey.
SWAT SWAT, oh dismay.
Why no pity, no different way?
Her broken buzzes bleed,
the shattered shards of soul.
Deeply distorted,
hiding in her hole.
She writes alone,
this sweet fly on the wall.
Wishing, hoping, pleading
for someone to hear her call.
She writes her prayers, for her slayers,
to know her forgiveness.
She writes her thoughts, only to be caught,
in the mind set she was given.
Sweet fly on the wall,
no one cares at all.
Waiting for your fall.
still no one to call.
Relentless to give up
yet restless and had enough.
writing her quiet screams,
releasing her gentle steams.
She writes to scream
She writes to release.
She writes to forgive.
She writes to live.
Sweet fly on the wall.
If no one cares at all,
if they wish to see you fall,
I will be the one to answer your call.

The metaphor/comparison of a fly on the wall to bullying is inspiring and amazing!
I am curious about how you came up with this idea! It's such a great one!
I am so sorry if you have ever experienced bullying. Keep your head up! People
usually pick on others when they are insecure about themselves. I like the way
you structured the stanzas in your poem. I think it was a smart idea to repeat
this stanza a few times:
Sweet fly on the wall,
no one cares at all.
Waiting for your fall.
still no one to call.
Repetition of this stanza worked really well within your poem.
We can make a choice to digest the mean comments/actions of bullies (think about,
replay/reminisce, feel bad about ourselves) or we can refuse to "swallow"
their words. We can choose to no longer believe what they say about us.
I hope you believe in who you are. I'm sure you have a lot
to be proud of! Always talk to a trusted adult who works at your school
if you are being bullied. No one deserves to be bullied! Keep Writing!
The concept/theme behind this piece is definitely creative!
