Feel

Some day you wake up and you

feel

something in the air.

You know something is lingering around you. You

feel

it hanging off of your skeleton. A nipping of fear and knowing.

A phone call that says it all.

Knowing

that you will never hear his voice again.

Hating

yourself for missing the signs.

Stressing

about the imaginary future that you had planned with him.

You feel alone.

Alone

Tired

Sad

Alone

Alone

Alone

Music doesn't sound the same without him.

Food doesn't taste the way it is supposed too.

The sun doesn't shine the way it was meant too.

You lost your best friend, and the pain will not go away anytime soon.

I won't lie about that.

But,

you are capable of growing from this.

Sorrow

gets you nowhere.

Trying

takes effort.

I know.

But, even though today doesn't shine the way you need it too,

remember

the sun will always shine again,

even after the

darkest

of storms.
