FAILURE

I am bold, I am strong
I’ve been holding it back for too long
I am funny yet wise
The people that change for others are the people I despise

I work hard and earn what I desire
Something in me, burning like a blazing fire
I’m a fighter, too strong to be defeated
I can endure a the pain without being treated

I can pull the world on my shoulders, that’s no problem for me
I have so much to show but I won’t let anyone see
WHATS HOLDING ME BACK?! I must know
I have a lot for the world to see… a lot to show

Failure is the word that holds me behind this curtain
But I’m ready to show the world I am a winner, now I’m certain
my ambition is what makes me
the word “failure” no longer shakes me

the curtain is now weakened and I finally see all I can be
the warrior in me finally breaks free.
