Elements of Me

The universe is made of elements.

Everything on earth is made of bit sized little bits

From Hydrogen to Ceasium to Ununseptium

But there are three elements that make me tick

But they aren't found on any periodic table

My chemical name is CaCuIn

Creativity, Curiosity, and Intellect

They say hydrogen is the most abundant element in the universe

For me, the most abundant is creativity

Every day a new idea comes to mind

A new story to tell

A what if, a suppose this, or a look at it this way

All I need is a image, a question, a spark and like hydrogen it ignites

a light turns on inside me and a whole new vision spreads out before me

Curiosity is my driving force

They say it killed the cat,

But it's what keeps me coming back

To any question I react

I throw myself into whatever catches my interest

And pour over the subject for days until my passion for it has dissolved

And my interest has fizzled out

The product of my curiosity is my intellect

Years of trading and receiving knowledge like electrons

Has made me sharp as can be

I can balance an equation and solve any basic puzzle

Though not a gift I was born with, but one I artificially made

From years and years of challenging myself I created this talent

And I am more than proud of it

These are the elements that make me,

or at least my main components

But none the less I pride myself on them

No matter how others react

I am positive in who I am and in the fact

that while many others may have these elements

None are exactly like me
