All this time, years passed and I felt as if I had always stood alone.

I could be in a crowded room, surronded by people and the only voice I could hear talking back to me was my own echo. 

Echoing thoughts replaying over and over in my head.

Alone, I told myself, that is what you are.

But years have passed and although those echos are still my only friend, I have learned to embrace the loneliness.

Stand in the middle of Times Square, watcing all the couples and families pass me by, I breath in the air and look to the sky.

Perfect, I tell myself, that is what you are.

I take a step forward, confident and unashamed of my echos.
