Downs and Ups
Location
I know you do really mean it.
And I can feel it in your touch.
But I can't take a compliment.
I'm used to the downs, not the ups.

Yet taking all those downs can be reversed to drive you up and build your walls and the ups can remind you of what good you can become and the blessed talent you have been graced with despite the pain and suffering that stands forth before you everyday.
