Dear Mental Health,
First I would like to say how much I cherish you. You keep me going through
good times and bad. You're there no matter if I'm smiling or sad. All that I want
for you is to be healthy and balanced, but I know with illness, that can be quite
the challenge. So if you do your best, and I do mine, together we can live peacefully
for all of our time. Let's love and appreciate ourselves mind, body, and soul; let's
never not better ourselves, imperfections and all.
