Colorlessley Anhedonic

Location

You really think it’s hard to live in blue?

I wish you the best in finding yellow.

You should shoot for pink in its harshest hue,

or mint green, I heard it keeps you mellow.

You’re much too old for orange’s energy,

but far too cynical for crimson red.

Promise to stray away from gray’s vast sea?

—for it will absolutely bring you dread.

You have no idea what it is like,

to be as empty as the color black—

for something that can tamper with your psych,

its mission is to choke you from aback.

If you remember anything from this,

feeling color’s the one thing that I miss.
