Bully Me

When you see my half smile and bright eyes from a flattering upward , slightly to the left, angle...what you cannot see is more important. The pain my heart and hurt in my veins do not flush to my cheeks or surface on my skin. My need for affirmation only motivates you to tear me down. It is not only your writings that I see clearly in my mind when I close my eyes...but the slow movement of your fingertips on each letter of your words.

You could turn back at any time.

The backspace button is so close to the harmful letters...yet you hit enter instead. One day, I pray you do not hit enter. One day, someone will touch your heart. I hope that day is soon...because right now your heart is full of hidden suffering and my razor blood.
