Behind These Hazel Eyes

No, I am not Kelly Clarkson

I really do have hazel eyes,

Its where my conscience hides

It tells me I am beautiful

But I deny

It sings me lullabys when I cry

about how pretty hurts,

But I'll be alright

It tells me I am flawless

That I dont need to change

My face and possessions

are only in my way

All I need is love and my family

and maybe I can be whatever I want to be

Behind these hazel eyes

Lie the only beautiful thing about me

My thoughts
