Like Any Ordinary Day

Thu, 08/06/2015 - 00:03 -- BreeV

Mist lingers on the tree tops

Afraid to let go

Light rays dance through the air

Leaving patches of sun behind

Squeals of laughter burst through

The early morning chill

Yawn and stretch and wipe away the dreams

Climb out from under the comforter’s warmth

Shower and dress and eat
