Some may say that, without things,

you’re hard-pressed to succeed --

but I believe there’s not much stuff

that someone truly needs.

You don’t need diamonds, gems, or pearls

to make your smile wide.

if you have the bare necessities

you’ll still be satisfied.

You see, it’s not the things we have

that make us who we are --

as long as you stay positive

your joy is never far!

A happy person stands apart

from those who just complain,

and you’ll never see a rainbow

if you stay in when it rains.

have positivity…
