To be a woman in some ways more masculine than man
To be a tree whose efforts bear no flowers nor fruit
To be uninteresting, unattractive, and unloved
To be showered with compliments and praise, and,
To know that they will only ever be superficial
To be a miserable clump of decaying flesh
To be a cell in the organism that is the world, that is,
To be defective and easily replaced
To be without fellow tissues and organs similar in form and structure
To be without purpose, save to waste resources and to die
To lack grace, charm, and feminine qualities
To be a burdensome, bulky, boulder to society
To be different- but not a good ‘special’ or ‘unique’
To be disgusting- a disdained freak
To be cursed without a remedy
To be what I am
To be me
