Dear Chocolate,I'm sorry.

Dear Chocolate,

I'm sorry. We're going to have to break up.

It's just not working out.

It's not you. I just don't need you in my life right now.

Your presence is only an added weight on my shoulders. And my hips.

You're making me suspicious of my family and friends.

Our relationship is taking much out of my wallet.

Never mind that you're there for me when no one else is.

Or that you've seen me at my worst, through sleepless midnights and teary afternoons.

And you make everything just a little bit better.

Or that you're everywhere: in my thoughts, at every corner.

But I'm giving you up.

Getting you out of my system.

Starting new.

For good.

Love,

New Years Resolutions
