It seems so far away

And the road never smooths

The thistles keep on sticking

That goals are just wishful thinking,

And that the end seems like something of legend

May it live strong amonst Hercules and Perseus

When you are the first to carry a torch

On a path that has no end

And the obstacles look endless

Will there be followers?

With scrapes and gashes that riddle your body

And short breaths, craving the oxygen

One day the injuries will heal, toughened with time

Standing there, tall, shining in your own light

The destination has reached
