Wouldn't you Want to Be a Child

A child, so gentle and meek
Unadulterated by the lust and hate of the adult world?

Wouldn't you want to be a child?
Without prejudice and thoughts society tells us to think?

Wouldn't you want to be a child?
No standards to adhere, no burden to hold.

Wouldn't you want to be a child?
Where your wonder has not yet run out
And your thoughts still run wild?
