Instead of  following everyone else,

Beng different is what's beautiful

Just learn to be yourself

As cliche as it may sound,

Would you be happy being something elset?

What you hold inside is more sacred

Education?

EMBRACE it

Why not fill your brain with knowledge?

 

 

When will you ladies wake up?

You're not a bitch, nor a slut

While you call yourself a "bad bitch"

Why degrade youself?

So noone else will respect you?

Yet you dont respect yourself

 

Every night is a party,

Have a drink, burn one up

Get rid of those fake friends

Plus that guy he's a scrub

He's not interested in you,

He just wants a hit and run

It's a vicious circle,

He's your drug,

You re-up,

He'll apologize, you'll forget about it,

Another lie to keep you along side

One day you'll wake up and realize

"He's simply not the guy"

 

A man that loves you for your mind

Not just for your curves or your size

Being a woman isn't easy,

Sometimes we break down and cry

 

We hold our heads high,

Ignore those with envy

Empty promises,

Bottles?

Just to help ease the suffering

No matter what trips you up

You get up and stand taller

Never let someone label you to make you feel smaller

 

Instead of going out,

Pick up a book and read

Don't give us good girls a bad name, because your full of greed

We all live and learn,

Take several trial runs,

Why not send a positive message,

To girls younger then us?

Let them know what is beautiful

It's not the girls in magazines,

You don't need makeup to feel pretty

But to enhance your true beauty

 

We're all beautiful reguardless of critics

Hurtful words can't break you,

 

Sticks and stones

Don't be afraid to stand alone

 

Ladies wake up, 

Empower our next generation

For young women like us,

It's up to us to change it
