My head swarmed with thoughts

Scrambling over one another

Stumbling out of my lips, not unnoticed.

Silently wondering if perhaps,

Too much was shared;

Yet feeling as if not enough was shared.

Staring sullenly at the words glaring back at me

Screaming repeated rejection

Which is seared into my mind's eye;

And, projected through my own eyes

Telling the story of my heartache.
