Anxiety

Thu, 04/30/2020 - 00:23 -- Jamaine

Can you imagine questioning your appearance?

Questioning if you’re attractive?

Questioning if you’ll pass that test?

If you can, you know how it feels to live your life by questions.

Questions that make you worry more than the average person.

Questions that can make something simple seem so complex.

Questions that can bring your self-esteem down to its lowest points.

Now, you didn’t ask for this.

You didn’t ask to constantly worry and mentally drained yourself.

As you advance through life, it may seem impossible to deal with these overbearing thoughts.

You may even feel alone.

Like nobody in the world knows what you’re going through.

But you’re not alone.

There are other people who are going through the same thing.

Other people who get seriously stressed on multiple-choice question tests.

Other people who go through a hundred outfits just to wear one for one night.

Other people who brush their hair fifty times just to get that single strand of hair to go down.

Overall, everyone has different forms of anxiety and different ways of dealing with it.

Just know you’re not alone.

And also that you’re not annoying for having your anxiety.
