I'm a grown-up now.  And I do grown-up things. Like pay my taxes, cry at night, And wear engagement rings.   And I'm a grown-up now. So I only watch the news, I drown unfamiliar feelings,
Things go awry when people forget where they came from. When one sees a passing stranger and doesn't smile. When the birds stop polluting the morning air with chatter. When children don't want a legacy.
