i’m still bitter about it
but i think i’ll always be bitter about it
but just because i’m bitter
doesn’t mean i miss it
miss YOU
i suppose i’ll always be upset
that YOU moved on so easily
Fallen in love with things unseen
Culture I have adored
People I'v never met before
Inspired beyond reward
Trapped in this selfish humanity
Gated we'll always be
Because I love you, I am patient
Waiting as you ramble about things I don’t care about
I am patient as I wait for you to message me
It starts with an inkling
A whisper of a secret that turns into a shout in your brain
As the voice learns how vocal chords work better together
Even when they are all raw from restraining
Classic fairytales are like garbage
They reek of rotten apples
Pungently infiltrating the nostrils
Someone once told me
That life is like a piano,
Well,
Also like a box of chocolates,
But that's not important,
What is important,
Sitting in a class day to day
No difference, same thing ... papers all seem the same
Waiting for a chance to shine...but the professor doesn't know me
Hidden behind numbers...some one please recognize me
How silly of me to have expectations.
Did I forget you were human just like I?
The simple fact that we are human proves that I should have no expectations for you.
