Glimmering with false joy
Inside she's just a toy

More dead bodies at the pound
Please don't buy and please don't breed
Adopting is what our world needs
Puppy mills and backyard breeders
Adding on to the death meter
In the dead of the night there is a cry of pain.
One child looses innocence and a soul commits to flames.
No help hears this call and thus none arrives,
He is left to the darkness with tears in his eyes.
To save a life, is my dream. To save a life, is my one job; focus and hard work is what i do to get the job done, The saver of people is my title.
He smiled and laughed from time to time.
He seemed fine but pain ate him up inside.
He was so quiet but his blue eyes were loud, pleading.
But no one ever listened.
He was someone’s student.
In this world
Every single day
People get tired
People get fired
Still pushing forward
Fighting the pain
Deeper they go
Further in dismay
Bullies cause sorrow
