I died my hair bright red the other day;
now my curls are poisonous snakes.
Twisting, turning, tangling.
We know that in nature, bright colors mean posionous.
Why is it that I can sense a snake in the grass and will run in the opposite direction
but when I felt you inching closer and closer to me I watched you like a National Geographical special, a child mesmerized by the carnival rides
Watch those eyes, they'll pierce holes in your soul.
Watch that smile,It'll cut your heart in half.
Be weary of that walk,It'll stop the oxygen in your lungs.
Infinity
Eternity
That is your fate
Around and Around
You spin in a fruitless effort
To consume
Yourself
Why?
Why do you wish
To destroy your existence?
If I could change any one thing,
It would not be hard for me,
To choose to change what we think,
of anything scaley.
Im talking of course of reptiles,
Snakes and lizards and turtles, oh my!
Know the molecules flowing in the air,
We breath the oxygen but we dont see where,
Know snakes sneak to their evil lair,
But we don't see length of the evil hair,
Know the effect of the unfortunate lies,
Days
Flash
by.
Each busier than the last.
And nervousness
snakes
in.
Anticipation grows.
Excitement lies in wait,
strikes out –
swallowing
everything
whole.
