Warm hands gliding through their coarse, black hair
Warm stares coming from their dark, endless eyes
Cold breeze sweeping through all of them, so bare
Everywhere I look, all I can see is garbage
To my left I see my friend, drowing in pollution
To my right I see another suffocating on plastic
Above me there is so sun, no light, no warmth
In my community
We have many manatee,
We need to protect the sea cow
