He is the blinds that let in the light

Simmers deeper than a gigantic tidal wave
The vivacious fusion of the two bodies
Begins to peak into the uppermost realm of infatuation
As they cover each other with outer warmth
This Old Love;
It causually drifts by.
Coming in pieces as time passes with each sigh.
Your face is carved with the sharpest edges.
I'm lost in the detail of the strength flowing in your eyes.
She loved you,
Couldn't you see?
From left to right,
Her heart was set on you.
I write in awe,
But thankful I am.
You were what once filled her heart,
But now I am what love means to her.
