*This poem is modelled after "Tyger, Tyger" by William Blake, and was written in response to the flooding in my home state of Colorado. Still over 600 people missing, and the flood waters are just starting to recede.   Flood
The next time I fall in love, it will be with the man in the moon because he is the best listener.  Sitting on my windowsill I tell him everything, and he never interrupts— you see, he doesn’t say much.

The most important time in history no longer is a mystery. This is the story of a man who changed the world.      One night, stars bright, in a stable was born life, Into a little baby with the hope of our eyes.
I envy Happiness; so callow and myopic.   Ignorant she is                 but happy she be. She would not be as        blissful if she was as learnt as me.   Happiness makes             wishes
