Nature is the biggest inspiration we all have
And we destroy more of it every chance we get
We exert the same lack of respect and love onto this land
Going to the theater for all the world to see
People on the big screen who, for the first time, look like me
Giving many kids a chance to connect with character’s identity
Those hazel eyes reflected her smile,
The tiny feet ran to me,
A jump into my arms was all it took,
And my little girl in blue was she.
