We escaped our mundane lives and embraced the night. Where the sky is dyed in purples and blues and black Stars prick the sky in their countless light

Here are my words for a lover true That one day you’ll hear and accept my tune For I have eyes only for you My lover yet to come.
To mi corazón,   Two different people, two different worlds You were the fair princess with suitors at every turn And I was the peasant who worked as the Royal Jester
it feels like i’ve finally figured out how they made your eyes:   add one spoonful of honey sweeter than any words i’ve ever written;
With them Problems are laced into me Like a greedy dog’s drugs in a poor girl’s drink People have taken advantage of me Violated me
Love... What will it take? what am I expecting, honestly from such an inappropriate word. Where would I rather be At the saturday market sucking down honey sticks Padding down damp Seattle sidewalks
