Have you ever been so cold, you could not sleep?
Have you ever been so cold, you could not eat?
Have you ever been so cold, it hurt your teeth?
I've been cold.

I woke up every single day sure that I was dead; I couldn't seem to silence all the noise within my head.Reaching for my phone though I could barely use my eyes; my life was so consumed with the chase of getting’ high.Dropping to the ground, agony
Addiction.
I am addicted. To his love. To the pain. To coffee. To books. I am addicted.
His love was my drug and I was addicted
he's the pill and needle and now I'm afflicted
with the strain from the pain as I try to let go
but I can't
and I won't
because on his high I finally feel
shackels, chains, and an iron ball force me to remain.
it's self inflicted pain. a pain that has me detained.
i can't escape this dungeon. or any of it's bricks walls.
I see you and my heart immediately begins to beat faster and faster.
I get sweaty palms and my body grows hot whenever my mind chases yours.
Your name wrapped around my tongue is always trying to drool its way out.
