The Princess Dress
(a girl’s life behind the fairy tale scenes)

Please listen! Lean forward now
As we all discover
The typical princess life
Mini, midi, maxi
Made from smooth silk,
Or fluffy cotton,
Or maybe rough burlap?
Polka dots or stripes,
Poodles or plaid,
Great for all occasions.
A first date or a wedding,
In the meadow we played.
The wind picking up the lace trim on our white dresses
The sun kissing our faces.
You sang a sweet melody
I followed with the harmony.
This prom dress is perfect for me
For over 200 bucks it better be
Every detail screams my personality
And puts me in a princess mentality
